Works great

The adapter is suitable for connecting to Omron M2 Intelli+ Blood pressure monitor and works well. Quality appears to be as expected. Value for money.

I was looking for a 6V adapter for my pencil sharpener and this one looked suitable - it turned out to be fit for purpose indeed.

Transformer for a light works ok.

Attached the dc plug to my Omron M7 Intelli IT blood pressure monitor which resulted in no power to the monitor, Plugged it into an old Lloyds Pharmacy KD-525 blood pressure monitor and it worked perfectly, I then purchased an Omron HHP-BFH01 ac adaptor made by Omron from Amazon which worked perfectly. The Omron DC6V socket has a rubber O ring at the entrance to the socket and the Omron HHP-BFH01 plug has a plastic lip at its base, when pushed right in the plastic lip engages with the O ring and makes a solid connection. The AmzFwing 6v dc plug had no plastic lip and was a loose fit. It looks like Omron has manufactered their blood pressure monitors to only work with their own dedicated AC adaptor.
