I didn’t buy this product because there are no close-up pictures of the nutrition label for me to see what it contains nutrient-wise.

Contains milk, so is not suitable for the more than half the adults in the world, who are lactose intolerant. I could not drink a whole carton without having to make an emergency run with diarrhea a few hours later. An emergency run to the bathroom with severe COPD is horrible when you're gasping for air. If they could eliminate the milk, this would be a wonderful product. I find if I only drink half a carton, then wait a few hours to finish the rest of it, I only get some minor gas rather than emergency trips to the bathroom. It tastes, looks, & smells almost exactly like a smoothie I make for myself with 3 heaping teaspoons of powdered egg, 3 heaping teaspoons of sugar, 2 heaping teaspoons of powdered milk (not enough to trigger my intolerance), & a splash of imitation vanilla. I suspect they use eggs & milk, & just add a few vitamins. Watch for sales. It comes from a major distributor or the factory at almost half the price it is in a lot of stores. Once you start paying 2 bucks or more per 8 ounce bottle, you might just make your own smoothie with egg powder, & take a vitamin made for seniors with it. As long as I can still get it on sale, I'll buy it again, but make sure I drink only a half carton & wait half the day to drink the rest.

I buy this for my sister who has a lung condition. She swears it helps her feel better. She mixes it in with ice coffee and drinks it that way.
