This is the one you want!!!
Finally, someone got the lume correct! A Rolex ceramic Submariner has a blueish turquoise glow. When replacing a pearl/pip the glow has been off from other makers. The others are too blue and darker, they don't glow right. This one is the best I have seen. If you are working on a 116610 this lume matches. The pip does not press in but must be glued in. I recommend clear epoxy for the best strength and hold. Installation was easy.

Not bad but Lume doesn't work.
It's not bad for a quick super-glued pip replacement but the lume doesn't work. No glow at night at all compared to the lume that came on the watch. Looks okay in the daytime. Also, don't buy the needle nose cement glue that's suggested with the pip, it doesn't work either.
