How to clean and reuse vacuum bags?

We recommend cleaning thoroughly with a sponge or cloth and mild detergent. If raw meats were used sterilize the bag by soaking in a solution of one part bleach to ten parts water for two minutes. Rinse and allow to dry completely before re-use.

Someone said these bags leak in a sous vide bath, what should I do to avoid that?

Use provided clamps to attach the bags to the cookware to keep the valve above the water, water will not enter the bag.
