I was a little skeptical at first on whether it would work or not. I have had restless leg syndrome since I was 14 and I'm 74 now. All the products and concepts I have tried have never worked. From the age of 14 to menopause which was around 48 I just had to live with it. After menopause I thought it would get better however to my chagrin it got worse than ever. Then I tried 7 mineral spray and was shocked to discover relief finally. It didn't take it all away but I did get about 75% relief which was GREAT!!!. The smell is wonderful and it works almost instantly. Thank you so much for this wonderful product. When I run out my sister always replenishes my supply. Thank you so much.

I was really glad to find a product to help with my bedtime leg cramps.

First off, the product works. I've used it for a week and haven't had the leg discomfort I was experiencing. But.. the spray dispenser stopped working after a week. I noticed the hose was crimped when I put it on ... it's too long for the bottle. If I cut it to eliminate the crimp, it'll be too short. I'll jury rig it somehow... not a huge deal I guess, but it can't work if you can't get the product out of the bottle. Attention to detail counts and is the differentiator.

i initially bought this for my RLS but I have been very fortunate and haven't had an episode since it arrived. However, I have used it for my foot and leg cramping which awakens me at night. I notice improvement in less than a minute. I would recommend anyone with these symptoms to give it a try. I only gave it 4 stars because I don't know about the RLS yet.

I ordered this product in a last ditch effort but I didnt really expect it to work. Anyone with restless leg knows the suffering and desperation to try just about anything to make it stop. This oil actually worked on the very first night of using it. I would say it works 80 percent of the time. I still do have breakthroughs of restless leg but it went from 100 percent every night severe to about 20 percent of bad nights .. The trick seems to be to put the oil on BEFORE the restlessness starts. The one thing I will criticize, is that it is pretty expensive. You can get plain Magnesium oil for much less. I have not tried it though. I am just so happy to have relief that so far, I am ok spending the money for what I know works. I will eventually try the plain magnesium oil and possibly add my own essential oils. I would recommend to the maker: You have a good thing, consider making the price more competitive if you don't want to lose customers

I tried this product as a recommendation from a coworker. I had such high hopes for this. I really wanted relief from restless legs that keep me up at night and prevent me from resting at all, even during the day. The first time I tried it, my legs began to sting and itch like crazy. I tried to bare through it, but it was extremely uncomfortable and seemed to emphasize my restless legs! On top of the pain and discomfort, I couldn’t stand the feel of it on my legs under the sheets. Every time I moved, the sheets moved with me because of the oil on my legs. I ended up washing it off about 30 mins after applying it. It says on the bottle that you can experience itching. But the itching and discomfort was way too much for me to handle. The point is, this product would probably work for some people, however, if you have sensitive skin, beware!

Excellent product, smells really good and it’s not overwhelming, helps my tired and restless legs throughout the night, even I spray it on my legs in the morning too. It is not greasy and very easy to use.

I really love this product. I sprayed it on the back of my legs as indicated and no longer suffered RLS symptoms. I allowed it to stay on my legs for 20 minutes as indicated, but it did cause a little bit of tingling and itching. I got a washcloth and wiped it off, and eventually the itching went away. Other nights I have dabbed it onto a cotton ball and just dabbed my skin with it on the back of my legs and that has also worked for me. I’ve use this product for five different nights and haven’t used it since, since my RLS symptoms have gone away. I really do recommend it. It really does work! I would also recommend using gloves when you’re putting on this product, because when you’re spraying it on your legs, it gets on your hands and you want to be mindful of not touching your eyes and causing irritation! Be careful ♥️
