Resistance bands excellent product
The Bob and Brad resistance bands are very well made it looks like they will last a long time . Itโs worth paying a little more for decent quality that will last longer than cheap ones . On with the training now

If you are looking for a home gym, look no further. Here is everything that you need. Resistance bands are easily attached to handles, you get also a door stopper and workout guide. I combine workout with some heavy lighting training and I am very satisfied. Recommendations!

Far superior to other tubular bands.
Longer, stronger, better accessories. I attempted to save a few $$ and ordered 2 other brands before returning to B&B which I bought 4-5 yrs ago. Others falsely advertised in particular the length of the tubes in photos; they were very short IRL. I could also see a huge diff in the stretch of B&B's compared to the others which barely had any stretch at all. Go with B&B...you'll be very pleased.
