Very useful for upper body workout. can be used even while watching TV. upper body muscles will be toned well. i got this after two returns as they sent 40kg one. its difficult use for beginners. this is 20kg Good product go for it.

Its very easy going and I should have ordered 40kg pressure spring. Its useless. No stress on any muscle in any way.
