Miles better that anything else I've used I'd really struggled with the liquid, yes they are big but they are actually easy to take and seem to work much better than anything else I've tried.

Great but big.
I didn't like the liquid oil so thought I'd try these.They do work but are very big which puts me off using them.For this reason only I have given a lower star rating.

Early days, results to vome.
It's early days yet for any results, which I am looking forward to.As with a previous customer the capsules came stuck together. However, a quick shame it a couple of bangs on the table loosened some of them with no damage.

This really works
I decided to try these as a last resort. I've tried various slimming aids with no results, I take 3 capsules per day and I'm slowly losing weight of 7ilbs within 2 weeks, plus I've cut out rubbish I'd been eating. I'm very happy with results and will order more.

GOOD STUFF
I have been taking these for just over 3 weeks now, and I don't find myself getting hungry during the day anymore. Also I do feel like I have more energy when I'm working out and in every day life.
