Doest it come with wires for the wiring?

Yes it does. However it is too big to git a fender or squire tele. Just fyi

Wich cable is the positive the black or white?

Black goes to ground,white goes to switch

Are wiring instructions available?

I can't remember if instructions were made available.It's been 2 or 3 years since I changed the bridge and control plate on my guitar. 95% of the wiring is already done for you when you receive the assembly.
