1. The timer can be adjusted to run between 2 and 30 minutes. Please use the tool provided and find video attached. You will recieve a user manual and access to our comprehensive installation and wiring video! 2. Yes, the fan has LED which displays when running fan is running.

Q: What does it mean if the led flashes red when i switch on the light? the ventilator doesn't work only the led flashes, despite checking the wiring.

I only have approx 25mm ceiling void - is there a "spacer" that comes with fan to reduce the spigot length that goes into the ceiling void ?
