Ordered this cuz I was tired of showering every day just cuz my hair looked greasy or oily. I have medium length hair for a guy. When I’d use sprays I wasn’t a big fan cuz they’d end weighing my hair down and looking worse than it did originally. And also the sprays are usually very powerful in a girly smell that would be really obvious when you’d be face to face with someone. The smell of this does seem like it can be overpowering but it’s really not. Fades over time and smells fresh instead of girly. This is the first powder dry shampoo I’ve ever used and after a few tries I really do like it. It does take a bit of time to get used to but its worth it, for me anyway. I pour a small amount into the cap, (wish there was some kind of better way to dispense this but not a big deal) lightly pour that on my root area’s and mess with it till it dissolves. I use a pretty good amount, and not that it leaves noticeable blotches, but I do this at night instead of in the morning and it turns out better for me. And if you’re worried about the smell being too much it’ll also help doing this at night instead of morning too.I did try this in the morning and it was good but probably didn’t use enough(doesn’t take much at all) and I’m usually in a hurry in the morning, and this does take like 5 mins for me to spread it through my roots in different layers.Overall happy with the purchase. It’ll definitely last me a long time and good price compared to others that wouldn’t last hardly as long.

I ride my bike to work on occasion and I had read that it was a good idea to keep something like this in my desk so I could "refresh" my hair when I got to work. It works to a degree but not as good as I had expected. It may be one of those cases where different hair / skin types perform different with this product. I will use the bottle I received but I probably won't buy it again.

Well, I'm no well groomed guy, but I'm hopefully a well groomed girl now! I was looking for a natural alternative to dry shampoos, because my DIY cocoa powder one wasn't working out. I have extremely thin and fine hair, so I basically need a dry shampoo a day or a day and a half after I wash my hair. This stuff has worked quite well for me, and is much better than my DIY concoctions.Pros:The smell is great- the eucalyptus has a fresh but not perfume-y scent that I love.It also is colorless, which is great for me because my hair is somewhere between blonde and brown and most dry shampoo are either too dark or too light. The bottle is small at first glance but I've had it for a few months now and haven't even made a dent in it yet; it'll definitely last a long time. It soaks up the oil well, so I don't find that I have to apply it more than once a day.Cons:It doesn't spread out very well across the roots so I feel like I have to use a larger amount. Sometimes when I use a bigger amount though, I am left with little flakes on my scalp that look like dandruff. I never have had dandruff on my life and don't have it now, and I notice them right after I use it, especially if I used it the day before as well. I'm usually able to cover it up because my hair is quite long and I can part it differently but keep this in mind if your hair is thin like mine or is short.The bottle is also kind of awkward- there's no easy way to get it out of the bottle and onto your scalp. I went and bought a little salt shaker for like a dollar and I pour it into that and shake it over my roots and it works just fine.

First of all, unlike almost all the other reviews so far, I did not buy this at a discount. Nice simple packaging. The bottle is a great size and easy to hold on to. Would prefer a shaker cap - though at least the opening is small enough to limit how much powder comes out when the bottle is tipped. Smells great. It starts out strong while in the bottle but once you apply it, the scent is very pleasant and not overpowering at all. The scent is great for both men and women. Only 4 simple ingredients that you can pronounce!Our household rarely uses hair products, so we do feel a bit of powdery residue when running our hands through our hair after applying it. If we used hair products regularly, we probably wouldn't even notice it. It does seem to give a bit of volume to fine hair, but at the same time, it also dulls the hair a very minuscule amount. It is going to come in very handy during camping weekends or date night to give the hair an added boost. You use so little of the powder, this bottle will last us a long time.As an added bonus, this really makes our dog smell GREAT! We immediately received compliments on how nice our dog smelled even though she is a house dog and well-groomed to begin with.

I use dry shampoo weekly. I have long very dry hair and only wash once or twice a week at the most. I have used this several times now and I like it so far. I transferred some of the powder to a shaker style container for ease of use at home and while I travel. I sprinkle this on at night prior to bedtime, massage it in to the scalp. When I wake up I have fresh smelling hair and the oils in my hair have completely dissipated the powder. I brush then fluff and I am good to go for another day or so before washing. I also use a dry oil mist after brushing to put some shine back on the hair but all dry shampoos are this way and a spritz of dry oil works great. It washes out easy with shampoo and rinsing like normal. The smell is a nice and clean fragrance not flowery smelling. This is a 4 ounce bottle and it was filled to the rim. I have tried all kinds of dry shampoo from cheap to expensive and this is a favorite already. I like the powder compared the ones in the can. I feel I get better control of application with the powder and more natural looking results after use.
