Just what was needed. Feels good quality and weights don't feel like they will fall out easily. Possibly a bit loose for those with smaller ankles but won't fully slip off over your foot in use. Very easy to get on and off, feels like it will be a good addition for walking workouts!

I purchased the ankle weights to increase resistance in certain parts of my workout. Never having used anything like this before, I wasn’t sure what to expect. They arrived promptly with some guidance diagrams and instructions. They are a comfortable to wear for the 30-40 minutes they are used in my routine. They packs of weight, sand, are well made and easy to remove and insert back in. The Velcro strap and D ring are sturdy and work well in securing tight enough that the weights don’t move whilst being used. I did use them for a couple of sessions walking my dogs, just to see what the extra weight felt like. Whilst they didn’t impair movement or feel funny walking (although I did get some odd looks as I was wearing shorts so easily visible🤭😂) they did rub on the back of my Achilles’ tendons. Nothing major but would be better to carry the weight in a rucksack. Not the cheapest but for the price a good quality item, easy to use and comfortable when using in your fitness routine. P.S. I did try as wrist weights but as mine aren’t as big as the lovely Rock are a little loose depending on what type of exercise your are doing. So I’ll be getting those separately

My partner ordered these for his physio exercises. They are ideal as you can adjust the weight by removing/adding the sand bags - such a great idea! The sand bags are super easy to remove but a littler trickier / fiddler to get back in. Overall though, we are very happy with our purchase.

Not incredibly durable. Pictured is my pair after just 3 weeks of use. Clearly signs of it wearing through despite my best efforts to ensure the bands are always firmly and securely fitted to my ankles so they can move as little as possible. I find this quite disappointing and that is the reason for the lower rating. Does the job and is a good weight with each sand bag weighing just shy of 500g, so a total individual weight for a band is roughly 2.5kg and a combined weight of the pair of 5kg.

Good price. I use them for a daily walk and after you get passed the initial weirdness they are easy to push. Velcro seems sturdy. Overall good quality.

Some of the seams get loose quickly. Better used for ankles than wrists, but overall ok.

Great product for gym or home workouts, exactly as described. Velcro straps are good quality, have been using them at least 3 times a week for 2 months now and they are still is in great condition
