Excellent piece of kit to keep my medication cold. Have used it whilst I travelled abroad in the plane. Handed this to the staff on the plane where they were able to keep it in a cool place. Medication stayed cool throughout the flight so very happy with this case. Great value for money lighter weight and ease of transport.

I am diabetic and I was going on holiday to Egypt and need to take my insulin with me. I did not want to pack it in the case I wanted to keep in in my hand lugged. But as the insulin needed to be kept cold I needed something to transport it it. This product was fantastic, it came with two little freeze packs which I frozen over night, I put my one insulin pen and the two frozen pen in the wallet at 11am in the morning before leaving for the airport, they are fine to go through security at the airport too. we landed in Egypt and got to my room and when I opened the wallet the packs where still frozen and this was after a good 15 hours

My first case after being diagnosed as Type 1. Well made and sturdy, strong zip and internal holding net. So far no problems with wear after daily use for 5 months. Holds my two pens and 6-8 needles with no issue. Easy to carry around in your inside pocket due to its size.

A nice compact wallet style Cool pack that kept my medication cool while travelling around Turkey. There are 2 gel packs that you freeze they then sit inside a pocket. Very effective at keeping medicines cool & plenty space inside for needles, anti bac wipes etc. So glad I bought this item.

Perfect for all my diabetes kit when travelling. Keeps things cold for a few hours until you can get to a fridge. Good quality for the price

My husband uses insulin pens, so doesn't need the cooling feature so much, but the little pouch keeps his pens, spare needles and mini needle disposal box easily. It's small enough that he can just pop it in his work bag and everything is stored conveniently for him. Does exactly what he needs it to do. And it's sturdy too. Still looks new after several months.
