II kind of wish I could do 4.5 but really, the phone is as described. The phone is a 2022 build but I guess that's what this phone is so it had to do quite a few updates. That would be my only complaint. Other than that which really is not a big deal, the transaction was great. This is the 3rd Kyocera Duraforce I've had and the only reason I was getting a new one was my batter was shot after 2.5 years (which a known fact for these phones, they're not great batteries) Upsides on these phones is they are durable right out of the box. No case needed. I actually dropped the most recent phone in the ocean put in my back pocket and just carried when it was fairly new and never a problem. Shatterproof screen. On with this purchase - since I was just switching to a new phone same version, it was quite simple. Verizon store / salesman was a joke and they are trained to confuse you and charge for all these weird fees and ".$50 / month for 36 months and charge this but credit this etc .. No thanks! So, I ordered this here, when it arrived I turned both phones off, swapped SIM card to new phone, the 2 phones even walked me through an app swap wirelessly. One issue I was having with the old phone was (new truck) Android Auto hook up. Wasn't sure if it was the phone or the truck or what, but Albeit only 2 short drives with new phone, it seems to be much better and hooking up great each time now. Now, I am not a slave to Verizon each month for payments etc .. I own the phone and I even have the old phone a as back up as it still worked but the battery just was shot. Only downside to these phones after a couple years.

i asked the salesperson if my phone had speed dial she told me yes. when the phone got here it didn,nt. can they make an app for that?

The updated version of the duoforce pro isnt nearly as user friendly or as durable as the old versions. I had my last pro for about 7 years and rarely had any issues, but in moving on to the ultra 5 version, I have had issues with functionality (Having to reboot the phone orten) and now, with a simple drop from about 3 feet, the screen cracked.This phone was just not up to the standards that I am used to dealing with for the Kyocera brand.

I'm giving this a one star right now. I've had this phone 3.5 days . It was immediately placed in a protective case and screen protector applied. The phone's screen has already begun to separate from the case when being held face down. While this is not a new phone, it was represented as reconditioned like new. I've contacted the seller about the issue, waiting on a response.

I've had mine for 2+ years. Worked right out of the box. Very rugged, I've taken into Cascade Range Mountains and Canadian Rockies in winter and summer. Fallen into water, and snow. Ocean salt water exposure as well (I do not swim or dive with it). Reliable, sturdy. Works with InReach Mini.Mediocre camera. Heavy. Limited storage. Advise a good screen shield. If you want bells and whistles, get something else.

I replace my old Kyocera phone with this new one, I was already a verizon customer. I was concerned that I might have problems getting the phone to work, but no issues. The phone arrived looking new. I swapped the sim card and that was it. Verizon sent an email for me to confirm the switch but no other problems. I used an add on app to transfer my data and contacts. This saved my five hundred dollars compared to buying new from verizon.
