Is this stethoscope cardiology-grade and double lumen?

No it is not double lumen. Our stethoscope will work for general cardiology applications but are not on the level of a $200 cardiology specific stethoscope. Ours are designed to work well in a lot of applications but doesn’t specialize in any one specific application. What's the difference between "black w/ stainless steel" and "new black"? the photos appear identical.

You know, I'm not really sure. This is the least expensive but from my research, it appeared it should still b fine for my purposes. And I could return if need be. It's unfortunate that it. IS hard to see what the difference might be. It's the only one the has Stainless in the title but I must have missed where in the other descriptions they were better for not being stainless - or even if they were NOT also stainless. In the parts labeling for each, the word stainless never appears. The other thing I noticed is that the reviews, like mine, are published for each of the types- not just the specific one purchased so that's a little confusing too. So, I'm sorry to say I'm unable to answer your question. But I tried. Probably the manufacturers web site would clarify. Good luck!
