I’m very happy with this chair, it’s not only compact and doesn’t take up too much space, it also looks athestically pleasing in my living room, where I don’t have a separate office area. I work from home so I spend on average 6-8 hours working on my computer. I absolutely love that this keeps my spine moving and the fact that it’s a rocking chair adds more movement and gets my heart going like a mini exercise, it’s also helping my core become stronger. I expected the cushions to be more soft and memory foamy, but they’re not bad, I don’t experience any chin pain, sometimes my knees would get tired so I just rest my foot on the floor or extend my calves over the cushions instead of my chin, to change it up. I highly recommend this, I don’t miss my old desk chair more will I go back to it. Goodbye to decades of hunched over spine, and welcome better posture.

This kneeling chair is so interesting. When I saw it I almost did not get it because I thought there was no way that it would actually work. Fortunately, I was wrong. It was easy to put together, and I love using it. It makes sitting, no matter where you are, a fun and helpful experience. Not only do you get to rock back and forth like a rocking chair, but you are also sitting in a way that keeps your back straight without you even noticing. It is very helpful and seems much better for you than sitting in a regular chair. The only thing I am a bit hesitant about is the durability of the two legs. They have held up fine so far, but occasionally, when you will go to sit in the chair you will hear a pop or a creek and they are also a little wobbly, making me feel like they have a possibility of breaking at some point, but even if they do, I will buy another one. This chair is just that good. I'm a huge fan and highly recommend it. Especially if you have to sit for long periods of time but hate doing so because you'd rather be moving. I was skeptical to make this purchase, but desperately on a hunt for something to alleviate horrific chronic upper back pain. My pain derives from stress and posture. My worst episodes are treated with toradol, which helps take the edge off but doesn't fix. I was in the midst of a bad episode when I bought this chair. I pieced it together with ease and took it to work the next day. Absolute game changer! I felt a significant amount of relief and used it the entire day! My knees were slightly sore after a couple hours of use (because they aren't used to the pressure) but that will alleviate with time and I was able to sit regular for some relief. The rocking feature is fantastic and soothing! -Also engages your core to plus up the positive effects. I would also add that I adjusted my work station to where my eyes naturally hit the middle of my screens once sitting on my rocker, which helped the positive benefits. Overall, great purchase with quality material that is sturdy and supportive. The padding is thick and generous. Highly recommend if you are considering an ergonomic chair.
