Try these before buying expensive headphones
I've tried in ears, over ears, headphones that fit on the headstrap but I think these are the best solution.£15 might seem expensive for some silicone ear muffs but they are very well designed, feel like good quality and most importantly do the job well. The speakers in the Quest 2 are pretty good and these simply bring that audio closer to your ears. The first thing I noticed was how much louder it is, I've had to bring the volume down to 1 or 2. It really seems to focus the directional sound, important when you're playing games like Population One. I bought the grey version which as you can see from the photo matches the Quest 2 very well. Definitely recommended to try ahead of spending more on headphones.

A good alternative to headphones
I attached these to my BoBoVR headsteap. Bought because my hearing isn't the best and someone on Facebook recommended them. I actually found them quite fiddly to get onto the headsteap. I think it's because you cant see where you are slotting the band back together. On first attempt I only got sound in one ear, definitely louder than I'm used to and I had to turn the sound down. I dismantled it and took them off, a bit disappointed.Today I gave them another go and spent a bit more time putting them onto the headset. This time I did it properly and found if you pull the rubber earphones back while sliding the strap back together it becomes easier to see what you're doing! Anyway once they were on, I booted up the Quest and lo and behold! Sound in both ears! I've been playing In Death Unchained and the arrow sounds are now so loud that I turn the volume down to 4 or 5.They are comfortable to wear as they literally just sit over your ears and you don't even really notice them. I'm looking forward to trying them out with Lone Echo because I can't hear the voices properly! So in conclusion- fiddly to put on but worth the hassle! Real value for money!

Simple solution, but a realy good product
I am more impressed with these than I thought I would be. I can't get on with in ear headphones as they keep falling out and I found a complete set of headphones a pain if I wanted to lift the headset to see the outside world, for typing for example, plus with both these the extra wires are a painThese are a simple solution, the difference to the audio immersion and sound level is like Chalk and cheese, they really do solve a problem and make the whole vr experience much more enjoyableThey are easy to fit and very comfortable. I wouldn't expect them to be as good as say a reverb vive headset, but at this price they solved my problemI'm very happy and would recommend and buy these again... Top product

Oculus ear pads
These are absolutely rubbish, wasted money cheap rubber type material and not sound blocking at all.

Great product, does what it says
these are cheap but do exactly what they say they will. I isn't notice any degradation in sound quality, the just redirect the sound. some reviews say the sound changs for the worse, I can only imagine they have installed them incorrectly. the volume can be dropped by about half with these. only down side I found is the edge of the rubber that goes over your ears can rub a little, doesn't get sore but can be a distracting

Really good
I was a little sceptical about these at first but decided to try them anyway as you can always return them.I have previously tried something similar by another brand and they did not really do much. These one's by AMVR however work really well, you can still hear some back round noise slightly but these seem to really increase the sound volume. The are designed really well, AMVR seem to do a great job at making VR accessories.I now have much more volume on my Quest 2, turned it down and it still sounds the same as if I had it nearly on full without these fitted. Great alternative if you do not want to spend loads more on some headphones.

sound
It does help throw the sound into your ears, but they aren't exactly suitable to just fit on, design is good but fitting them?, tape them on,Needs work, or design something better thats not so floppy like elephant ears...

Big improvement
These ear muffs make a big improvement in the Quest 2 sound quality. Before, I had the volume maxed out and it was still too soft. With these muffs, the sound can be dialed back to 1/3.The quality of the sound is very good especially for low volume passages. Listening to symphonic music, the sound is a bit distorted when the full orchestra is playing loudly.Even so, these are a good value.

Cheap way to upgrade your quest!
This kicked up the volume level a lot. Before I installed it I had to have my oculus at full volume and it still wasn’t loud enough. After I installed it (super easy to install) I had to keep the volume level at about half. 10/10 for the price and what you get out of it I definitely recommend you buy this!

No me ha gustado
Sonido a lata, tampoco se pueden ajustar como dice en la descripción. Además yo debo de tener la cabeza gorda ya que me oprimían en las sienes haciéndolas bastante incómodas. Las devolví.

Big Improvement in sound
I was hesitant to buy these at first because they seem to get mixed reviews but I decided they were cheap enough to take a risk. I have been using them for about a month now and I play VR almost every day. I have to say that I'm quite impressed with them but there are some things you should know before you buy.1) These obviously aren't going to give you the same quality of sound as expensive headphones. If that's what you're used to or looking for, you won't be happy with these. These simply redirect the sound from the Quest 2 speakers more towards your ears. That being said, I really like the audio I get from these. I occasionally used to play using my Sony earbuds but I've found these give me very close to the same quality of sound but without the hassle of having to plug them in, fit them into my ears, and tuck the extra cable length into my shirt. I found with these I have to turn my volume down to about half or less of what I had it set at without them. I also like that with them I can get pretty decent sound but not be completely cut off to what's going on in the room around me like what happens with headphones.2) At first listen, I noticed an immediate increase in volume and bass but it did seem a little bit muffled. However, after giving my ears a bit of play time (maybe 45 min-1 hour) to adjust to a different sound dynamic than what I was used to coming from my headset, I now wouldn't want to play without them. They make the bass so much richer and deeper and I don't find it sounding muffled at all any more. One reviewer said it made voices all muffled and I haven't found that at all. Voices still remain crisp and clear for me. In fact, while I was installing my new Halo Strap, I played a few minutes without these on and hated it. I couldn't wait to put the muffs back on.3) These are designed to be used with the stock strap and also probably with the elite strap but, as you can see from my picture, I'm using them with a Halo Strap. Out of the box they aren't compatible with the Halo Strap but if you zoom in on the pic you'll see I did a very easy mod where I just cut out a small rectangle with a razor blade (the material is soft rubber and easy to cut) and and fit them on. I didn't have the Halo Strap when I first got them. If I'm totally honest, the sound quality seems a little better when using stock strap than with the Halo Strap but that might be because the stock strap holds them slightly closer to my ears than the Halo does or perhaps some sound is escaping through the slits where the stock strap goes through. It's still totally acceptable and just a subtle difference but I'm going to try covering up the side slits and maybe try playing around with it a little to see if I can get them to sit closer to my ears using the Halo Strap.4) If you want to get a bit of an approximation of what they sound like, just cup your hands over ears while playing. That'll give you a good idea of the sound you're missing and what these will do for you.

Sounds great, hardly even know they were there when using the headset due to comfort
This was a great purchase, it really helps with the sound quality and is very comfortable as once wearing it, you really dont even know its there since it doesnt even put presure on your ears, just adds great quality sound. It was very easy to instal, just be careful not to break your headstrap arms when installing it. All in all it was a great value and I would recomend it to anyone, before I got these I was using muff headphones and they were really unpleasant with the quest 2 elite strap but with this product I no longer have issues with presure on the side of my head that u get from muffs
