Yes! these are the pillows from the hotel. I looked when I was there. It was some of the best sleep ever. They are somewhat firm but incredibly soft. You sink in. They make you want to go to sleep. No more neck pain, head ache, migraine or so much tossing and turning trying to adjust your pillows just right. Now I want the other ones too. Worth the money if you have sleep or pain issues for sure.

Fell in love with the pillows at Holiday Inn Express. Went home and searched on-line to see if they were available for purchase. Found them at a great price, took a while to get them, followed the pre-use instructions and absolutely LOVE THEM. I have lots of neck and shoulder pain and these are just the perfect amount of support and comfort.

I bought these along with the Touch of Down to use together, just like you find on the hotel bed. I am mostly a side sleeper. I also "hug" a pillow when on my side. I've bought expensive memory foam pillows, latex foam pillows, pure down pillows soft and firm...you name it....I could never get the right pillow for myself. I always woke with neck and shoulder pain. I called a hotel I stayed at on vacation and asked housekeeping what pillows they use. They directed me to these. They are supportive but soft. They don't sleep hot. I've used them for two weeks now and I am very happy with the combo of the two. I ordered the same combo in Queen size for my daughter.

Has a plastic like cover. Nice and firm but not very thick. For the money I thought it would be better materials.

There is a very strong chemical smell in my pillows. I've washed/bleached and soaked them but I can't get the smell out. It's so strong it keeps me awake at night.

We had stayed in an IHG hotel and really enjoyed the king size firm pillow they had. We researched it and found this was the allegedly-same pillow. I've never been one to overspend on pillows but it was such a nice experience at that hotel so we did. When the pillow arrived we noticed it had no tags on it, not one, giving us no way to discern if this was in fact the same pillow or even the same brand. The comfort, filling, feeling, shape were all very similar but there was no comfort in proof. I wrote to the seller who simply assured me it was correct and gave me a discount for my trouble. We still use the pillows every day but I'll never know if it was the correct one. Worth the money? I'd have to say yes, considering the discount. There was no bad smell and the shape of it semi-holds.

This has relieved my neck pain! I am a side sleeper and never found a pillow firm enough to support my head properly yet soft enough to be comfortable. Highly recommend it!

Nice product, but wanted a soft pillow and these are marked “firm”. Too firm for me, but my husband is using his. I went back to my soft nearly flat feather pillow.
