One of the best wound cleaners for Hidradenitis Suppurativa on the market! My skin is very sensitive so I have to be careful with what products I use. I almost exclusively use this for my HS as it is gentle yet leaves me feeling throughly clean. I dip a few drops on a cotton ball and hold it to the wound for about a minute and that has helped my HS wounds to heal faster. Excellent product and I will be back to buy more! Thank you!!

Wow. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I came across this product. The price is outrages when the product comes out like plain water but hear me out. I have a huge candida fungal infection all over my body with burning searing rashes and open wounds. Very painful. Even going into my private parts. I’ve been washing with a fungal soap and it just dried me out and made wounds and rashes worse. The huge open wounds and rashes in my inner thigh even though I’d wash daily then over night , by morning they smelled like death. Something dead. So gross. My significant other said I can’t believe someone can smell likeI’d wash thoroughly. Rinse with distilled water. Still had slight death decay smell. Used Vashe and was pissed at first because the high cost of the product and it came out came out like water. 8 ounce bottle and I used half in one wash because rashes and wounds are all over my body. Next morning I woke up. No death smell. This in just two days now of using this product I can tell wounds and rashes healing. Doctor putting me on high dose fluconazole to help heal. But this watery substance vashe is a miracle in a bottle. No more smell. Starting healing after only two days. Expensive but worth it. Wash your rash and wounds first. Then rinse well. Then add vashe and let set for 3-4 min. Rinse. Pay dry and dry rest with blow dryer on cool. I highly recommend this product. Just wish Vashe would make this more budget friendly.

Great product. Pricey compared to other hypochlorus acid products, but it does have a higher concentration. Caution ⚠️ the bottle doesn't come with a protective seal. My order arrived with the cap slightly open and some spilled out in the plastic Amazon bubble wrap bag. I typically order hypochlorus acid in a 0.017% strength in a bigger bottle. A recent hospital stay for a loved one experiencing shingles introduced us to Vashe with a 0.033% concentration. I ordered it specifically for some ongoing follow-up wound care for her. I still use the lower concentration for a multitude of uses including cleaning the dog's ears (fyi Vetricyn spray is the same thing), but this is great with the extra strength for protecting broken skin/wounds from getting infected. (Fyi....for her care I also use a nano-silver hydrogel as a pro-active follow-up after cleansing with the Vashe)

This is a great product for serious wound care. It comes highly recommended by providers. The nurse provided a couple of bottles during a hospital discharge. Packaging- There was a small amount of leakage, lack of seal and multiple visible scratches on the bottle. This did raise questions about safety and security of this sterile product..

Buenas tardes acabo de recibir el producto y la tapadera llegó quebrada , si venia con el empaque de sellado el envase pero , Lo tuve que cambiar de envase por que se tira . Y como son adultos mayores quien usara el liquido pues fue riesgoso y se ubiera desperdiciado. Y por el costo nada agradable por los recursos financieros
