Xuan 35mm 28mm Optical Viewfinder (35mm) Black

Great price for a non-professional photographer in need of a viewer. Got it to use with an Instax mini evo. Keep it in the case with the camera, works perfect for our intended purpose.

Viewfinder is centered and has decent clarity. I wasn’t looking for anything too fancy for my camera so the lightweight plastic body works just fine for my needs. Looks so cute on my cam too! For reference I got the 28mm and I’d say it’s a must-have accessory for the Fujifilm Instax Mini Evo — adds to the vintage look and feels more natural taking photos !!

I purchased the 35 mm viewfinder to attach to my Panasonic S9 camera which lacks an electronic veiwfinder. I tried to use a viewfinder that would match the field of view of my 35 mm lens. The viewfinder slides into the cold shoe of the camera. There is no way to lock it in, however. The view is clear and sharp. The one problem that I found is that unless you are using a pancake lens, the longer lenses will block much of the field of view of the viewfinder. Also, because this is not an electronic viewfinder, I still have to check the autofocus on the LCD screen of the camera. Nevertheless, the viewfinder is helpful in composing a photo in very sunny conditions where it is difficult to see the LCD screen image.

It's a great size and looked nice on my GRIII, but the image as seen through the viewfinder was extremely out of focus and blurry. Looking through the viewfinder for even the briefest amount of time caused extreme eye fatigue and a headache.I tried the viewfinder with and without glasses as well as squinting to try to bring the image into focus. Nothing worked and I found it to be completely unusable.

After seeing a lot of reviews saying it looked poorly made I still went ahead and purchased it and I don’t regret it I love it and fits my intax evo perfectly and It works perfectly fine no scratches or optically bad

I understand this is made from recycled parts. The lens is clear but the edges are distortrd in the viewfinder only. The distorton doesn't affect the photo at all. It is adequate for close up photos, however for distance, I find it a little distracting.Adequate for starting out, but I will get better viewfinder optics when I upgrade.

I know you’re trying to save money by getting this instead of the GR official one, but trust me, if you’re a “pro” in any way, stay away from this and buy the real deal.

I saw reviews saying the quality was poor or the image was cloudy, but mine is high quality and matches the black color of my camera perfectly.Moreover, there's no blur to the lens. It does what it's supposed to so it's a very good product, and worth getting in 2025.
