When I first ordered, the pump kept shutting off, but Amazon’s customer service was excellent—they sent me a replacement the very next day. The new one works perfectly. The packaging was secure, and once set up, it stays stable in the water (just make sure the pump is fully submerged at first). It took a little practice to get used to, but now it’s very easy to use. I also like that it doubles as a soft sponge for the baby’s body, and the water pressure is just right for gentle baths. Great product, especially with the shower head being too strong in most baths. This product makes bathtime super comfortable for my toddler and baby. It’s compact and easy for travel. Also, It is very easy to use. You just pop it in the tub and turn the switch on on the handle. I also like that it includes two attachment heads, one for scrubbing and then there’s a spiked attachment for shampooing. My only complaint is the design of the suction cup is not as strong. When my toddler is in the tub playing or moving the water around, it’ll lose suction and float to the top, and it won’t suck in enough water. Then I have to re-suction try the cup, but then it’ll eventually loosen up again.
