Works perfectly even at its low price. The spring has a long reach on the central point so it is very easy to locate into your centre dimple. The grip is as good as any other drive that I have.

Made a lot of the jobs more easy to work

Very poor spring load popped out and broke first time I used it

The tool is great except for one thing I can’t remove it from the head stock because my tool to remove it just slides down inside. So I took a 5/16 threaded screw with a 5/8 head and screwed into the hole and it works great. I use a jet 1221vs lathe. Maybe on other lathes it won’t be an issue. You’ll still have access to remove the pin if needed

Perfect fit in spindle and has sharp teeth to lock into stock. Appears to be of good quality and has worked properly so far.
