Very high durability. A little difficult to use.
This is a very high quality sealant/caulk. It was used as the sealant on a new siding installation on my house 18 months ago. It is holding up perfectly.Now.. it is primarily oil based and very thick and sticky. If your caulking experience is mostly with acrylic or silicone products, it will take some practice to get this stuff on smoothly. Have patience, and do a couple of trials on scrap material or a hidden areaAlso, make sure you have a good quality caulk gun. The sealant is thick and you have to squeeze hard.

DON’T BUY THIS!!!! Was too hard to use and now I can’t return
My husband and I are building a home and the exterior is Hardie Plank Arctic White color. This caulk is supposed to be the same color to caulk around windows, doors, and edges. Just opened today to caulk windows and it is so hard my husband had trouble getting it to come out of the tube. This stuff is EXPENSIVE! I am very dissatisfied. Don’t waste your money.
