This is a very versatile and quality laser level. Magnetic, several clearly seen level lenses and easy on/off laser beams. Will probably buy a second for second tool box

from just the first time using the product. The Laser is very bright and can been seen in that 100 foot range. Works far better then the last one we had. Note Unless your using the product on a regular basis. Remove the batteries when not in use. The batteries leak and decrease the life of this product. Battey leakage cause my last laser to fail the enemy of battery power products Nice product for the price looks like it made well just take care of it

Great level, solidly constructed, very high quality. The laser shows brightly and distinctly. It arrives with the AAA batteries and is ready to go out of the box.

While the illuminated vials is a useful feature, the laser being attached to this is almost silly. I mean the dot may be useful, but the line, while might be useful in certain circumstances, is not self-levelling. Not even really sure what you are supposed to use for your reference point. It works fine and isn't expensive, but, IMHO, the laser addition is just a gimmick. It is useful that it is illuminated and has magnets to attach to things like pipes, but that is about it. Update: I figured out the use for the line (I'm an idiot - seller wrote me too to confirm I was missing the point - politely :-) ) Still not something I would use it for ... I still am more interested in the illuminated vials which is why it is at least 4 stars. Trying to use the line feature was still cumbersome for me - and I have the same brand self leveling device that works perfectly (tested on some known level lines and was very cool). This level is solid and does what it says it does - the four stars is because I still think it is a little gimmicky but I'm sure someone will be able to use it to their advantage.

Perfect, I use this for almost everything now in my house! Would recommend. Great for leveling and alignments. Lazer is awesome! Design is easy. Easy to use too!

I was pleased with the unit. Was a bit worried wrt laser “line” projecting on wall. However, it worked well enough for hanging a 10 foot curtain rod—took two people though to hold level while the other marked far end. The unit works fine and is built like a fine machine part, but note that if you have an “American” built home like me, walls can bulge such that the line can’t project past them. Amazing how crappy (bulging) the walls are in our home. Sigh….

Works great, and comes in a nice sleeve to stop it getting damaged. The laser line is great feature of the level.
