Same color as ps5 and it has nice charge indicators

My charger gets on sleep mood and stop charging if the ps is on sleep mood, is this the expected behaviour? It should be working without sleep mood

To charge your controller while your console is in rest mode: Go to Settings > System > Power Saving. Select Features Available in Rest Mode, and set Supply Power to USB Ports to Always or 3 Hours

Yes it has, after fully charge it stops charging just stand by
