Love these Storacell caddies
Love these Storacell caddies! Satisfying to plop batteries in and out. Makes for a very organized battery box and then everyone knows where the $#%@ batteries are. Use the different colors available to create your own system for alkalines, rechargeables, etc. Then you can scatter more Storacells at strategic spots where you frequently need to swap batteries. My system is orange for alkaline, yellow for rechargeables, mostly because those colors were cheapest when I started buying them. Then I went nuts and put AA's for my Xbox controllers in the army green one as my Xbox is army green, because why not. They're also very handy to plop in your EDC, bag, backpack, purse, pocket etc when you're on the go.

Great for organizing and protecting your cells
I purchased this to protect my lithium AAs. Since those cells remain stable for so long, I can drop a dozen into this caddy and put it into long-term storage. Much better than just throwing a handful of batteries into a ziploc bag, and better than storing the cells in the original packaging with some tape over the cardboard to keep them from falling out. This is compact, durable, and it is very easy to tell how many cells are left. It is designed in such a way that the batteries stay in the caddies and are wholly prevented from creating a circuit with each other's contacts.I have Storacell caddies for AA, AAA, C, CR123A, 9v, and 18650 cells and will continue to purchase more as I need them. Whenever I give someone a gift that uses batteries, I will include an extra set in one of the caddies as a sort of added bonus, it adds a lot to the presentation.Broadly speaking, unless you need your battery caddy to be sealed against moisture or dust, this is the way to go.

The Real Review
Nice battery organizer, and it keeps your batteries from touching anything else. Easy to get batteries in and out of the carrier and do not come out when shaken. I have one of the 82 battery organizers, which was nice, but I wanted something I could throw in a drawer or backpack and not worry about shorting out batteries and was smaller then the 82 battery organizer. They are very heavy duty and will last for a long time. Comes in different colors and amount of batteries you can store. I got several of the AAA 6pk, 9 volt 4pk, and the 12 pk AA containers, so I can throw them in several different drawers around the house.I also have the cheap plastic 4 count battery snap containers and I do not like them as well. The storeacell is something I would feel 100% comfortable throwing in a backpack on the go.

Case needs case
The media could not be loaded. Please be awear that these can fall out and depending where you are you may not notice. Atless thats my experience. Check out video add show if its dumped around it can come out. It reminds me of a old somke who taps a pack of cigerittes on the hand to get them out. This is my second set purchase of these storacell and the first i notice the problem was so bad at retaining aa batteries. So i had to return. If dropped you may loss half your batteries.

Best battery holders by far
These battery holders are so awesome I have bought several of them.I have plastic battery cases that take up less room in a storage box than this will but they are a lot flimsier and will eventually break.THESE ones however, they are just great. They hold the batteries tightly and securely. I've had the other style of case pop open on trips and ended up mixing dead batteries with fully charged ones as a result. When I use these Storacell packs I simply flip the battery so the nipple points in the opposite direction when it's a spent battery. I'll probably never use another type of battery caddy from here out after I found these.

Almost Perfectly Designed Battery Holder
I like these, but don't love them because contrary to the description, you can't slide batteries out and drop them into your device with one hand. You still need to use two hands to pull them out because there is a support bar midway down the side of the holder and the holder is designed so that batteries are inserted in one direction. Also the little tab that keeps the battery from falling out also holds so tight and has such a sharp point, that it will crease and then tear the shrink wrap labels on batteries where the label doesn't extend over the bottom, which is the case for all the AAA batteries and half the AA batteries I have. Trying to bend the tab out slightly only results in a white stress mark on the plastic and the tab eventually returns to the original spot.I think a better design, though you couldn't remove each battery randomly, is a design like a magazine from a semi-automatic gun. It's easy to eject rounds from a magazine with one hand and it could be designed so that the batteries could be inserted in either direction so that you can hold you camera in one hand and drop the batteries directly into the battery compartment with the other.

Storacell 12-AA Battery Holder
This review is of the Storacell 12-AA Battery Holder.Positives:- It keeps the batteries secure as there has not been one slip out, even when being dropped on the floor.- Very well made.- Durable plastic used.- Very easy to use.Negatives:- Does not completely seal the batteries, so be careful when storing alkaline batteries for a long period as those can leak onto your gear.Overall, I rate this a 5.0 out of 5.0 stars as it is so well made and simple to use. It has been my go to carrying case for batteries over the past two years or so. The only batteries I use are either the Eneloop AA and AAA rechargeable batteries, or the Energizer Lithium batteries in AA and AAA. I currently have these cases in 6-AAA, 12-AAA, 4-AA, and 12-AA.

Product is misleading - I was trying to buy batteries!
This product appeared while looking for rechargeable batteries and all the pictures shows the product with batteries, who the hell would spend £11 in a plastic thingy for batteries, just get a ziploc bag. Returning this right now!

Well made, good value
Really like these - solid build and compact with pleasing 'click' to hold batteries. Able to use one-handed.I use a lot of rechargeable batteries (eneloop) and turn discharged batteries over before putting back in holder so can use this both for charged and discharged batteries :)

I love these
I do a lot of photography and used to have rechargeable batteries all over my bag and the only thing i could guarantee is that i would never be able to find a set of charged batteries when i need them.Along came this caddy and it is such a simple yet brilliant idea. holding 12 batteries at a time means i only need one or two of these to supply a set of hungry flashes. I have a simple way of organising them, when they are discharged i turn them upside down so i can instantly see which are charged and which need charging which saves an enormous amount of time before a shoot trying to work out which need charging (previously i gave up and just recharged all of them which takes a considerable amount of wasted time)In short I love these things, I have about 6 of these in both black and orange and would easily recommend them to everyone

Great way of storing rechargeable AA batteries. Highly recommend.
Trying to help the environment I purchased rechargeables and realised I had nothing to store them in when not at use. I use AAs for work and need to be able to transport them easily. This secures them perfectly, plus when they are out of charge and I am on location, I can tell the difference between those charged and not charged by storing them upside down. It is lightweight, does not take up a lot of room and a great design. The quality seems very good also. Perfect.

Best AA battery carrier I’ve used!
I use high power rechargeable AA batteries, and this holds them securely. Also, when I swap the discharged batteries out, I put them back into the carrier upside down. By doing this, I know which are full, and which are empty. Simple!
