I thought My shoes fit the M cap but I squeezed the small on them, and the M caps were too big. So I'm reordering them with S caps only. I'm so happy I dont have to throw my shoes out. These are a perfect quick fix until you can but the supplies to truly fix the heel, which I intend in doing. I'll order some pliers and heel tips with the nail to repair my shoe. Until then, these are perfect. Now I can do my shopping without sliding around and possibly falling or breaking an ankle. I did read the reviews before buying. Two people complained that it lasted a month? That's a pretty reasonable amount of time for a quick fix solution. If your heels are like mine where the leather or fabric has lifted near the heel, get some of that black wire tape from the store to tape the fabric down before applying the tips. If you find that you bought a size too large, the tape is a nice hack to make the caps fit more snug. If its too tight, you can break the caps. 10/10 would buy again!

AMAZING. Saves me tons of money by keeping my heels from getting damaged when walking on concrete. I usually have to get the bottom pieces replaced for like $25 a pair and have had one pair completely damaged from a replacement. I will be buying for all my heels! I used the size S & M and it worked on both my heels, it’s just a little tough to get on it takes some strength.

These fit perfectly (once you've determined the right size), work perfectly, and look great! The best option yet to frequent costly heel repair. (I work in a fiance office and professional dress is a requirement....that said, I generally wear heels everyday.) The only one thing I wish they would offer is a package of more than 1 pair of one size. It bothers me that I need to purchase 2 or three boxes of caps to get 2 or 3 pair of the same size cap. For example, I have the same work shoe in several colors. If I need to fit caps for each pair of shoes I have to buy 3 boxes of the small,medium to get 3 pair of medium. That's $30 bucks. That that price, I can get my heels repaired and call it a day). For this reason alone, I will take my shoes to have them repaired because that is more cost effective than buying caps that I cannot use.

I have purchased these a billion times and they never fail! I don’t measure my heels like I should for the correct size, but normally an XS and S combo pack will work for my stiletto heels. I just ordered a pair of Nine West Gerty boots, and bought an XS/S combo pack, and I needed the XS. I do end up with extras to have on hand but for 12 bucks, it’s so worth it to not have ”hooker heel” as I call it. I have a pair on a pair of pumps that I’ve had for 3 years, and they are starting to wear on one side. Pretty good longevity if you ask me. Once you get accustomed to eyeing the size of your heels, you’ll get it. Or, just measure like they tell you to in the description. These are excellent and I continually purchase them anytime I buy a new pair of heels.

I wear heels everyday and am rough on the heels so I was excited for a product that could save me from replacing my basic heels so often. These might work as a preventative measure like putting them on heels that are brand new. But within a couple hours of wearing them on heels that had been damaged (like the heel piece came off exposing the nail) I looked down and the heel cap had come off one of my shoes and it was NOT too big. I struggled to get the caps on. I believe due to the thin plastic, the cap tore and came right off. I could see the outline of the misshapen heel underneath the plastic cap so it looked like it was stretched to the limit. The caps were not the material I thought they’d be, it was a hard thin plastic; they were flimsier than I imagined; and their sizing is waaaayyy off. My heels measured 10 mm at the base and confusingly only the medium would fit. If you take a chance on this product do not trust the sizing.

These saved my shoes! They blend in seamlessly to cover my worn spike heels! No more clicking. I held a hairdryer on them for a about 15 seconds to make them easier to slide on. They stay in place, look great, and save a visit to the cobbler for repairs on expensive shoes. They've held up for over a year now.

Wow what an invention! In the past I spent so much money getting heels repaired where I could still see glue or it was replaced with the wrong colour. These Heel tips are a perfect solution to a broken heel, highly recommend.
