Customer support is pathetic
Barely 2 yrs of purchase of Carlton suitcase (under warranty) had a big crack.The model was disconnected...Was so difficult to get it replaced with another piece, of more than double the cost as it had a 5yr warranty.But then the warranty was reduced for us by 2 yrs which makes no sense. We were the one who suffered with a substandard thing & the trouble of running around , waiting for a month & finally paying do muchore to get this.Now they say it's company policy!!!
