Does this have straps in the back to hook on your belt if someone choose to?

No, it does not have straps to accommodate a belt. This is made specifically for a chest rig.

Can anyone tell me if the multicam version glows under NODS/IR? (Yes, I know its Chinese knockoff that probably does. Looking for actual testing.)

Had a buddy of mine test this as I ran one on my jpc. (Don't have a pic, sorry) it does glow but nit as bad as other knockoff companies. Hope this helps.
