Is it possible to get it without the precut instrument holes? looking to mount real sim gear avionics and the sizes don't match up.

Mine came cut with the metal silhouettes corresponding to the holes. If you wanted to customize it you could probably etch how you want it cut, do so, and then weld it back in place. It won’t look pretty, but it would work assuming you did it correctly on the first attempt.

Is this device compatible with the honeycomb bravo thrust levers? its's not listed as such. could you also describe how the honeycomb alpha attaches?

yes they are a M3 cap head bolt (I was also short 10 bolts)
