How much water should I add per block (as in 1 out of the 4 small cubes)?

I think it depends on what or how you are using the curry. I love this product and usually add it to my recipe that has liquid in it already. I snap off a block, add it and then I sort of judge whether I need to add another or need to add more liquid. Hope this helps

Do I put the sauce on the rice then put in the microwave?

This sauce is actually a mix. It's like a dehydrated paste. I suppose that you could microwave it, but I've always cooked it on the stove with veggies, sometimes meat, and water. It's not ready to eat as is.
