The BEST flavor if you love chocolate
I can’t believe how good this chocolate flavor is!Last year I tried the chocolate flavor from LMNT and was not impressed at all.But when I came across this and read all the positive reviews I thought I would give it a shot and it is absolutely amazing!!I mix it with 24 oz of water and add some ice and that’s it! It tastes like cold chocolate milk, and so incredibly good. I don’t even need to add any milk or haven’t tried putting it in milk at all, it tastes great in just plain water. With LMNT, I felt like the flavor was weak and salty. But this Re-Lyte chocolate flavor is outstanding. Chocolatey enough where I don’t feel like I have to add more cocoa powder, just sweet enough and doesn’t taste salty at all, I actually had to check the ingredients to see if it has actual salt in it (which it does).I love chocolate and almost can’t believe they made a flavor that’s this good! Every morning I look forward to this one and am sad once I finish my drink and have to wait for the next day for another one.I have also tried watermelon lime, which is my close second favorite, also incredibly good, and lemon lime, which is a good basic but doesn’t excite me as much as the other two.Absolutely love these electrolytes, they have helped me drink so much more water, don’t make my stomach upset, and make me feel good.

It works. Game changer. Ridiculous markup.
Look guys, I usually scroll past gimmicky products like this right here. Electrolytes. The first ingredient is salt. NaCl. For $40?!Looking at the ingredients and packaging, this product should retail for $5 to $10. I think I'm being generous. So there's a shameless 400% to 800% markup on this which is ridiculous. Just saying it how I see it.Anyway I bought this out of desperation and I'm glad I did, because it works very well.I'm watching my carbs and weightlifting. Low carb makes me cramp in my legs and shoulders especially when I go really low carbs. Betaine (TMG) and creatine help but I still cramp from time to time and it's painful and embarrassing. Like, I'm squatting 250lbs when my right quad and glutes suddenly cramp up and I feel those stabbing pains. I have to stop, drop weights and crawl before I can limp back to my car. It's workout over for that day. No coffee, stretching, warmups, before, in between sets do help but not by much.I know electrolytes are important, I make my own with carefully measured Himalayan pink salt, magnesium glycinate, calcium citrate and potassium chloride all purchased right here from bulk supplements but somehow, they don't work all well as this product does. Maybe it's the coconut water powder that makes all the difference? Someday I'll figure it out. For now, two scoops in my half gallon water bottle and I'm set for the gym.The mango flavor is very nice and goes very well with my peach mango tea powder. Other lower priced competing products have synthetic vitamins - cyanocobalamin, pyridoxine hydrochloride etc inactive forms which mess with the active vitamins I pay good money for.Sweetened with stevia instead of sucralose so thank you for not killing my micro biome although monk fruit would have been better. So, subscribe and save I guess till nutricost or micro ingredients catch up.

THIS over another brand currently
Why did you pick this product vs others?:LOVE. Will continue to buy this instead of Liquid IV. I’ve gotten a couple at my Chiro for cheaper but they don’t stock all the flavors. Can taste salty but not in a bad way. I add 1 scoop to 40oz most days & it helps me get in my water intake for the day. Some days I have an addition half-full scoop since I’m breastfeeding or have harder workout days

Multiple purchases now :)
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Love the flavor, love that it's not individual packages contributing to the waste pile, and breaking out to about a $1 per serving is competitive. A friend got me hooked on adding the chocolate LMNT to my coffee. So then I had to look around for a substitute that was a better price per serving and produced less garbage. This is the solution!

Be very careful - it's addictive! (Almost literally!!)
The ONLY thing keeping this from being a 5-star review is the price. It's just too expensive. $45 for just 45 servings is just too much. But the problem for me is that it's too good not to purchase anyway. Fortunately, we recently moved near a Redmond's store, and it's just a little less directly from the store itself - but not by much.I use this as instructed (1 scoop with 16-18 ounces of water, or maybe just slightly more than a level scoop). I just can't stop at that quantity - I have to make another glass full, or more, after the first one. I would not have expected it to be so good simply mixed with water (and some ice), but I actually like it better than if mixed with milk. I cannot more highly recommend this product - just be aware of the price. It literally is almost addictive (can't stop at just one glass full at a time). I haven't tried it as hot chocolate, just cold, but I am certain it would be wonderful in winter as a glass of hot chocolate.Disregarding the price, I would have given this a 5-star review without question! We also use the Mango flavor product, and I have to make sure I use that most days because I can't just stop at one glass of the chocolate flavor (the other fruity flavors are at least good for 60 servings per container, as opposed to only 45 servings in the chocolate flavor). It's just that good!

Great for fasting
We love Re-Lyte Lemon Lime and Cran Apple are probably our favorite flavors. After experimenting with fasting and needing help replenishing electrolytes, we headed to Redmond life and found a great solution. We usually mix one scoop with water and drink it through out the day. I like to mix one scoop with one scoop of creatine, especially if I'm getting ready to fast for the day. I believe water and electrolyte consumption helps me maintain energy and keeps the headaches away.
