This was overall a good purchase. The table and chairs are sturdy. I added cushions to my set to make the chairs a little more comfy.Upon delivery, the table and chairs were great. The umbrella has a rip where one of the arms went and a hook that was broken on one of the arms. I contacted the seller before writing a review. They were very responsive and very helpful. I explained the situations and sent pictures. They immediately sent me another umbrella right away.The second umbrella arrived, and it was broken again on the same part. They hook that the linen hooks into. I contacted them again, sent pictures and they once again apologized and put another in the mail.The third umbrella arrived, once again, broken at the hook. I contacted them again. Explained. They were very apologetic. With this being my third time, I didn't want to have them keep sending me an umbrella. They offered what I thought was a reasonable discount for that part and sent me a video that might help me to change the hook myself.All in all, the customer service made up for the product damage. They were very willing to fix the problem the best they could.

Not completely set up but like what I believe to be a good product for the price. Instructions are clear and the packaging is first class. No damaged product.Bolting the back part of the seat is a real challenge. Difficult to secure bolts properly with the tool provided. Tool needs to be redesigned. Bolts cannot be torqued tight enough to securely fasten seat to rear leg frame.

I had issues with the metal table portion of my patio set order. When I made the supplier, PHI VILLA aware they responded immediately. They offered an immediate replacement of the table with no old table return or a refund for the full value of the table with no old return. I accepted the refund. I was credited back to my account within 3 days.I am now a very satisfied customer. Great customer service like this is hard to come by these days. I would like to thank the PHI VIILA customer service team for rectifying my problem.

Good quality. Although table top was kinked in transport. Fed Ex at its best.

This patio set and umbrella are perfect. Very easy to put together.( Another set of hands come in handy)

I put the chairs together with relative ease. One is pretty wobbly but the other three are very nice. Didn't realize there was a dent and chipped paint in the top edge of the table until it was all together. That made me pretty unhappy considering the price. I like the look and sturdiness of the set but wish it was "flaw free". Too much trouble to try to return it at this point.Edited: I was contacted by the seller who offered to send a replacement table which arrived quite promptly. I also loosened the bolts on the chairs that were wobbly and when they were retightened they were much better. Overall, I am now very happy with the set and the customer service was awesome.

This piece of furniture is just amazing! Looks pretty stunning! We love. Arrived fairly quick and was easy to assemble.

i liked it just the fact that tble was dented was dissapointing and one of the bracket on chair was bent

I would highly recommend this table and chairs to anyone considering purchasing them.I’d been nervous before they arrived wondering if they were as nice as they appeared on the sellers site as they were so reasonably priced compared to others that looked similar in pictures.I needn’t have worried, the delivery was on time, they were easily assembled ( I did it myself in an afternoon) they are excellent quality and sturdy.I’ve been looking for the perfect table and chairs to finish off our garden for 2 years. I’m so happy with these.Now all we need is a good summer to really enjoy them.Thank you,A very happy customer.

its a little over priced however a good set. will have to get some seat cusions now

You do need to concentrate during construction.
