I needed a way to carry my refrigerated medicine with me during a week long cruise. Huzzah! I found this wonderful item and after some waivering I bought it. So glad I did. It easily held my medication and my friend's! It kept everything cold and was so easy to carry and use. PLUS! This item comes with a door sign. It is bright yellow and you can hang it on your hotel or cruise door. It says to remember to get your medication! This is perfect as yes I can forget things easily. I keep the cool pack in my freezer and the metal can with my luggage.Great buy! get it if you thing you will need it. Very useful.

Excellent for keeping medicine cold while traveling. Took to Europe and had zero problems. Was new to TSA agent so he checked inside and put it through. Could not fit 2 injection pens in 1 container though.

Nice product. Keeps my medicine cold for up to a week. Well constructed. Just be aware that the inside storage is small, mostly designed to pen medicines but only have one and it fits great. Nice solution to a problem.

Used this on a trip to Phoenix Arizona in July. No issues with TSA at any airport. Needed this to keep my insulin cold while traveling, it was left in my backpack in a locked car for 10 hours in Arizona heat after 3 hours of flights. Ice pack was 3/4 melted by the time I got to the hotel, and meds were still cold as if they came out of the refrigerator. Highly recommend as I took this through high heat and it performed flawlessly. Holds 2 to 3 pens with plenty of room.

For the last year or so, I’ve had to use a syringe for GLP1 medications. This means that when I travel, I need to find a way to keep my medication cold for the length of a flight. Domestically an ice pack suffices. But for a 12 hour international flight, or a multi week trip, it’s not going to cut it. This cylindrical case is about the size of an Arizona iced tea, and keeps your medication cold. But it is a bit bulky, making it more difficult to fit into your carry on. Does the job well, but you may want another option if you’re looking for something that fits into a backpack or purse.

This item works quite well. I have used it to travel with medicine on 2 lengthy international trips that I have taken and the medicine was still cold when I got to my destination. Happy with my purchase. No issues going thru TSA or customs either, I just say what it is for and that's that.
