The sheer, gloss-like tinted lipstick is just what I wanted, as the color was perfect to match my nail polish. Even though it has a glossy look, it is not sticky and gooey, as most glosses can be. While it would like the flavor to be more pronounced, it is a pleasant (almost neutral) taste. It is most definitely NOT the almost rancid taste that can and does sometimes happen with newer (expensive) lipsticks that I have bought in recent years, where they are trying to avoid adding a flavor. An added bonus is that it is the bargain of the century!
