Game changer for cleaning Salmon/Trout
I'm a hardcore salmon/steelhead/trout angler who loves smoking, baking and pan frying these types of fish. Prior to this purchase, I used needle nosed pliers or simply cut out the strip of pin bones from the fillet (depending on how big the fish was). At over $30 a piece for each tweezer, these aren't cheap (there are others on the market that are half the price). With that said, the quality of these ones are fantastic! The Ends of each tweezer align with each other. There are no gaps when closing them. They feel sturdy. Can't remember when Pulling out pin bones was this easy. Would recommend letting the fish sit overnight in the fridge overnight before trying to remove the pin bones.Would make this purchase again if I had to.

Makes you feel like a pro chef in action! Highly recommend!
I have owned the tweezers for at least a couple years now and it performs like it's brand new. Solid construction (34g) and the tips meet perfectly, making pulling out fishbones easy and fast. The length, 4 - 5/8th inches (12cm), fits across my hand to give me a great grip and leverage when pulling out the bones. The tip width is 13mm, giving me a broad surface to grab the bones. It also tapers slightly in the middle to provide a comfortable grip. Chose this specifically because it is made in Japan which has outstanding quality of materials and design precision. Made of stainless steel for solid construction and a simple, effective shape makes it an invaluable kitchen prep tool as well as a beautiful gift for those who cook any fish at home. Compared to all the other fishbone tweezers, these are the best in materials and design and we deserve the very best!!

Hugely Helpful
Bought these for the salmon I bring from Alaska every year. Night and day difference pulling pin bones with these then with pliers! If you eat fresh fish regularly, you MUST have one of these. Share the other one with your friend, or keep both so when one get buried in the back of your kitchen drawer you can find the other one!
