good insoles if you need the metatarsal pad
Got these as my previous pair of insoles were starting to wear at the heel, where there is a gel insert - I find all the insoles with the gel pad under the heel give up the ghost too quickly. These do not have that so I was hopeful. They fit nicely inside my boots and are true to size replacing the standard insoles without any need to trim or, worse, with any gap by the the toe box. All in all well pleased just hope they stay in stock so I can get some more for my other boots!

Foot pain
I have been having trouble with my feet and I thought I would give these a try.The pain in my feet has lessened since using these in boots and trainers. But when using these make sure you take all the insoles out of boots or trainers, Before use.

Arch support for shoes
This product fits perfectly. I found that the raised arch support is quite solid and after a while my feet hurt. The support looks thin but feels quite thick when in a shoe. Your feet are raised and, depending on the shoe, your foot is pressed tightly against the top of your shoe

Bought it for my cycling shoes
It really helped with foot pain in my cycling shoes. I have a flat feet and most shoes tend to be too narrow for me, but this insoles solved my problems. Keep in mind these insoles are quite thick and you shoes might be too small after putting them in. I went 1 size bigger with my shoes and I fell shoes would fell too small even though I took out original insoles.

Worked a treat
I got these for my dad who had been having foot pain and was limping for a few months. The Dr sent him for an x-ray and they couldn't find a fracture or tear. In the end they just gave him pills. These orthotic insoles took around 3 weeks to work and now he's pain free.

Uncomfortable
Bought 2 of these as they sounded great, unfortunately the raised centre area made them unusable as they were very uncomfortable. This area was too hard, if it were made of gel it would have been much better. Might be good for some people but not good for me.
