Nice book with clear colorful pictures. Stories are well written. Worth buying!

I bought a Princess Poppy book for my 5-year old granddaughter when I was in England. She absolutely loved the book and asked for more. When her tooth became loose I bought this book. It is very sweet and comes with a special envelope to put a tooth in for the tooth fairy. The only bad thing had nothing to do with the book but the mail. It was packaged quite well however a corner of the package was ripped open and a corner of the book was damaged. Since it came from the UK I wasn't going to reorder.

初めてこのシリーズを買ったとき、とっても可愛らしい表紙の絵とタイトルを見て、本当のお姫様の話だと思っていました。でも、本を開いた最初のページにポピー（けしの花）の絵のついた小さな封筒が貼ってあり、その中にPoppyからのお手紙が入っていました。「他の人に親切にしたり何かをがんばっているとき、私はプリンセスみたいな気持ちになるの。あなただってきっとプリンセスになれるわ！」決してお説教くさくはありませんが、田舎に住む普通の小学校の女の子が、優しい人々に囲まれて、何気ない日常生活の中で出会う小さな出来事を通し愛情深く成長していく、心温まるお話ばかりです。挿絵がとにかく本当に可愛くて、全部のページにポピーがあしらってある装丁も素敵です。邦訳はまだ無いようですが、女の子のお気に入り間違いなしです！！（英語は易しいので知り合いの中学生にプレセントして大変喜ばれました）この本は、ギフトコレクションということで、特に人気の初期の３話が収録されています。ペーパーバックで既に持っている物もありましたが、長く読めるハードカバー版が欲しくて購入しました。満足しています。

I bought this for my granddaughter who lives quite a long way away from us and my daughter tells me she loves it. The book is well written and keeps my 2 years old granddaughter's interest
