Decent ingredients for the price
To me this includes the ingredients i would use on my skin. I only mainly use it for my body hyperpigmentation but i use a variety of things to help too. Im not sure if using alone will make the difference but for what it is, its decent quality for a reasonable price, worth a try!

Effective
Not quick acting but definitely fading a dark discolouration under my eye better than anything else I have tried. Very happy with results so far and hopeful for further improvement.Would recommend, you just need to be persistent to get a result. I use 2 to 3 times a week, it is gentle on my skin with no irritation.
