Q: Isn't there supposed to be 3 bags of hay when purchased? I only received two.

I did get 3 bags of hay in mine. I think you can reach out to the seller and inform them of this and I hope you get another free bag for your troubles. :-)

Yes. My hamster loved eating hay. They also enjoy dried mealworms.

Q: Would this be ok for my finches to use in their little house?

Hey, Product failures of course can occur to any product line, but I have found Kaytee products to always be fresh and top shelf. Their product line does tend to be a relatively stable hay and grass, but good is good! I think Kaytee must care, who else cares about Exotics but them and a few others? I and my wabbit, Mokita do appreciate Kaytee. :))
