Needed replacement parts!

Fits great and came quickly. Replacements are constantly needed and these are great quality.

Break easily… typically last 1-2 months and then need to be replaced.

My left pump stopped working and it took over two weeks to get it fixed. Customer service doesn’t seem to read emails carefully and it takes several before they will issue a replacement. For example when you submit a troubleshooting email it ask for you order number and I think the serial number yet in a follow up email that asked me for that information, delaying the process by another day. It was making a motor noise then the light would start to blink. I did all the troubleshooting and tried the flange and the tube from the right which was working at the time and it still wouldn’t work. I bought new tubes because it’s been 3 month so I thought I’d start fresh when things are fixed. I don’t have a great place to leave a review since I got the pump (barely saving money) from my insurance. The bags and parts are overpriced but this pump offered so much freedom. I can do chores or pump at work and at least move around my office (even if I wouldn’t be around people from outside the office wearing them) so I can get stuff done. Anyway while waiting on the left I was pumping one side at a time with the right. Not ideal and it took away one session at work because I didn’t have an hour break each time. During the exchange of emails the right started with the same issues. I listened to all the troubleshooting and told them the right was now not working as well. They replaced only the left. I emailed again saying what about the right. I said in that email (for the second time) that it stopped working as well with the same issues. They emailed me back saying they don’t replace pumps that work. Why would I email about a pump that worked and they them I was going on a flight soon and this would be an issue? I have emailed again asking if they read my emails and stated a third time it is not working and included a video of both the defective ones. if they sent a replacement in the next day or two I will be at 4 weeks without both pumps. I have a low milk supply and losing a session at work has been horrible. I have been using my spectra. I have a 5 hour flight (longer with time boarding and on the plane) coming up where I now won’t have a way to pump. My spectra unfortunately has to plug in. I feel very unsupported by this company.

Was $25 when I pumped in 2023 and now at $40 a set, I may switch to a different pump. I work in the ER and don't have access to a sanitary area to clean my pump supplies so need multiple sets to get through my 12 hour shift. Between multiple sets and then replacing worn parts, Willow no longer seems to make financial sense. Parts worked well, easy to attach and clean.
