I read a lot of the reviews about how the "regular" brown had a reddish tone so I ordered the darkest brown--hoping this wont' be the case. It definitely has some reddish tint to it. I understand that may be more appealing than a blackish tone but it really doesn't fit my hair color, which is dark brown with very very little red highlights. I do like how easy it is to use and wash off. No staining on my clothes or hands. It's a bit expensive for somethig that doesn't really get the colors right. I will look elsewhere next time.

Darkess Brown is really medium/light Brown, I had to return for Black instead, otherwise seem to be okay item though rather pricey for the size, it’s healthy mineral ingredients rather than store bought products

I've been dying my hair Wella's Titan Red Blonde for about 20 years now. I hate my roots. They grow out dark, and they don't blend in at all. So I've tried about 15 other products, none of them worked well at all. They're either too red, two brassy, or just the wrong color. But this product is really really good. The color is going to be subjective, so it might not work for everybody of course. But this one works for me, and I'm very happy with the results. It's very easy to use too. And it's not a spray, so it doesn't get everywhere, which is a huge bonus while traveling. It lasted a lot longer than anything in a spray bottle as well. I'll continue to buy this. The results are as good as I can expect with darker roots.

The Root Concealer Tough Up powder effectively covered the gray hair that was coming in. This made it possible for me to postpone (for at least a month) getting my hair dyed again, which will save me a significant amount of money over the course of a year. The product was fast and easy to apply; the brush is perfect for this purpose. The only issue I had was that following the application, a little of the powder ended up on my forehead by later in the day. Knowing this, I need to remember to look for this and wash it off. What I really liked it that I found, in the days following the application, the powder blended even more with my hair color and worked remarkably well. I am super happy with the product; and, I value that it is organic. I really do not want to put anything toxic on my scalp that could be absorbed into my skin, especially so close to the brain. If there was an even darker brown powder available (darker than the "darkest brown"), I would buy that one.
