Was just curious if these Lamb bars are 100% grass fed they do taste like it . I know the beef ones are.

I don't know grass fed from grain fed, all I know is that these things are awesome! I just have to control myself to not eat the whole box in one sitting. I have had the lamb and the chicken so far and I REALLY like the lamb! Get them, you won't regret it...

Is the meat in these bars fully cooked, as in an oven, or is this a smoked product (such as real jerky)?

I am not sure how these are made. It tastes cooked, not smoked. These are soft and pliable, not tough like Jerky. They have a very nice flavor to them, savory with just a hint of sweetness. There are only two small pieces but they are satiating. Makes a great AIP protein snack!
