Appears to be good value and does have desired effect

My honest opinion on these are they a good quality, but the lowest resistance one is no good for an adult. Compress to easy, and the tooth grips slip out. However the other two are perfectly useableI just couldn’t get into using them, but that doesn’t reflect the quality at all.

Kept gagging in these and plastic insert kept popping out making it impossible to use!

Those are very good quality and packaging, easy to use helps to have more flexibility in your jaws don’t know about shopping your faceWish they come a bit stronger as for men are to soft special the beginner, maybe a bit larger would increase the jaws opening.They definitely work and relax your jaws bites

When I opened the box, I instantly washed and used the beginner exerciser. After trying it out, I went back to read the leaflet included. I reached for the leaflet as I was intrigued as to use which exerciser and when. I was disgusted to see two maggots wriggling around the top of the leaflet. They were webbed in and one of them is dead and crusted which means they have been there for quite some time. If this is the standard, I cannot even imagine putting one of these into my mouth. Mistakes are made but this is a serious health and safety violation.

Great product worth the money

I bought this hoping to build my jaw muscles and to achieve better definition. I’m not sure whether the facial anatomy differs between genders (I’m a female) but this hasn’t worked my jaw at all. My temples however have completely transformed, they’re much more fuller than before. I can really feel the burn in my temples when I use it. My partner however, feels it working more in his jaw.I don’t find that the plastic bits come off like other reviews have mentioned, maybe I’ve been lucky in that sense.I use mine while wearing a retainer as it doesn’t feel great for the teeth.I do gag a little when using it but it’s very minimal.To summarise; I’d not recommend this for your jaw but would definitely recommend it for sunken temples.

The idea and concept behind a jaw trainer is excellent. However this product is utter garbage.It's as effective as chewing 5 pieces of standard gum at once.Not enough resistance to even mildly engage your jaw / facial muscles. Even doing 250 reps on the advanced at once.Akin to doing bench press with no weight on the bar. Hope this 30 seconds saves you whatever stupid price they're charging for this horse waste...
