MuscleTech Whey Protein Powder (Cookies and Cream, 5LB), 24g Protein

Tastes incredible. In my opinion, worth the price and one of the best out there.

I’ve always liked the basic flavors of Nitro Tech (chocolate, vanilla, etc.), and this is right in line with all those that came before it. Still, I was shocked that the Vanilla Swirl tasted so good, yet has only 4g of carbs (2g sugars), AND adds and other ingredients (C. canephora robusta & L-carnitine) that aid in weight loss - all while delivering 30g of protein per scoop. With that in mind, I’ve made my first attempt to do some basic label analysis (see image). There are many important ingredients you could look at, but I tried to focus on some of the basics. I’m certainly no expert, and I’m sure there are some that may find this very basic, but I hope it helps others. I plan to continue to do this on future reviews, and maybe even evolve and expand the analysis. The bottom line: If you’re trying to watch your carb intake or cut fat while also ensuring you still hit your protein intake goals, I highly recommend this.

I've been using this product for several years now. I had to make a few adaptations -- for instance, mixing it in 8 oz of water to prevent lumps -- but find it to meet my needs at a lower price than many other brands. The jug contains enough powder to give you 69 single scoop servings with 24g of protein in each. I use 1.5 scoops twice daily (36g protein), so it lasts me just over 3 weeks. Another brand I tried only had 21 double scoop servings at 27g protein, and cost more. If you're on a budget, this is a great deal.

If you like the creamy part of the cookie, buy if you like the cookie chocolate part, don’t buy this they don’t have enough cookie little specs in the product I wish there was something to chew that’s what I would be expecting for my cookies and cream for this price, but it gives you the protein goals the texture is just not there. I wish they could add more cookie parts just takes like a ran down creamy part of the cookies and cream. Dissolved as well.

I love this protein. My favorite flavor is cookies and cream.

I use a protein powder to treat anemia. This tastes good (even when I've run out of milk & mix with water), is good, cold processed whey (milk albumin), mixes easily in shaker bottle and a decent price. I get it automatically & only once was it backorder in at least a year.

Although no protein drink is perfect like isopure , this one is highly recommended. Low calorie compared to others , high protein for the amount of scoops required , lactose free. The ability to get your eaa as well as protein count is very important, while keeping your calories as low as realistically possible. And having whey without the lactose bloat , gas or pain . Very very important. Muscletech brand always hits the mark on nearly all of thier products. One scoop compared to other protein powder two scoops and high caloríes with close to or less protein count than muscletechs is not what an athelete should buy. Mix with morning oatmeal and you have a clean breakfast, use to lose wieght snd gain muscle. Along with proper nutrition.

Authentic MuscleTech protein powder as verified via the MuscleTech app. Good product. The cookies and cream flavour is quite sweet, recommend opting for a different flavor if you're not a sweet tooth.

When tried to open the cover, the paper seal inside is already open halfway. It’s unsafe to use. But I cannot return, as it says, ‘not eligible for return.’

I was really put off initially by some comments about the taste (cookies and cream)….. I am glad I took the gamble! Great taste (mixes so well in water and milk, and has a thick, creamy taste with either, not “thin” like some shakes in water!) Got 2.5kg for £30 with subscribe and save / coupon…… bargain at that price! Would I pay £40….. probably yes, as I like the taste and don’t dread my post-gym nutrition anymore! Well done muscletech!
