Wonderful Nityam Tablets
Constipation is the basic cause of many other health issues. Zandu's tablets 1 to 2 with warm water for occasional or chronic constipation solves the problem. Nityam tablets contain seven natural herbs which can have side effects to some individuals. Seven herbs are common herbs and available individually as well. Lack of activity, excessive consumption of alcohol, caffeine, spices are common causes of constipation. Too many laxatives can be harmful instead of beneficial. Constipation occurring due to side effect of some medications prescribed in old age, should be treated with fibrous food instead of harsh laxative.

Incorrect quantity in product description
My mother has been using this product for a long time. Unfortunately, the product description says 12 tablets per pack but each pack has only 10 tablets. Please update the description as it is misleading.
