I’ve been using the Green Soul Vision Pro for a few weeks now, and it’s a great chair for long hours of gaming and work. The leatherette feels premium, the 4D armrests are adjustable in every way I need, and the reclining feature is super relaxing. The integrated footrest is a nice bonus. Installation was quick and professional. Overall, a solid and comfortable chair with great build quality.

The technician never showed up, and there was no proper communication or update from their side. I ended up assembling the chair myself, which was manageable thanks to the clear instructions, but I expected better service, especially when an installation option was provided.Overall, the chair itself is fantastic and worth the purchase, but don’t rely on the installation service. Be prepared to set it up yourself.

Comfortable and easy to assemble, great for my back

Got a low quality chair for 16k rs. There is something poking out from the seat and damaging the fabric. Also hurts to sit on the chair because of this. Warranty does not cover this defect and was informed by them that it would cost 4k rs to fix. There is no value of the warranty.
