Great quality workplace scanner. Works well, easy set up.

Quality in this scanner is not well. I ordered mine in oct 2025 by the beganing of june it was not wanting to scan my Documents. If these are only suppose to last 6 months the the price needs to reflexed that poor quality. I messaged in regards to my concerns and I am still waiting on a response and its been almost a month.

Have two of these scanners. Scans about 80 sheets at a time. Nice, fast and easy to use. Scans front and back and makes quick work of multiple documents.

Worst purchase I’ve ever made. I bought this in late December/early January but didn’t open it until February because my family was dealing with a loss. When I finally opened it, the item was clearly used—it was not new as advertised. The scanning quality is terrible. I paid a significant amount for a scanner to share documents with clients, but the scans show page edges, and the machine frequently jams. I’ve contacted the seller multiple times since early February and still haven’t received a response. Initially, they pointed to the 30-day return policy. I explained the situation and why I didn’t reach out until about 45 days after purchase. They said they would check with the manufacturer and follow up—but it’s now April, and I’m stuck with a product that doesn’t work and performs poorly. My 10-year-old printer/copier does a better job than this.

Picked up this refurbished fi-7160 and wow—really impressed. It showed up super clean and worked flawlessly right out of the box. What surprised me most? It came with all the cables and accessories I needed—no scrambling to find extras. Scans fast, does double-sided like a champ, and hasn’t jammed once. Honestly feels like I scored a new one at a discount.

Item arrived defective and am I unable to get a response from seller. Throwing code for ADF front. I have taken it apart & put it back together, cleaned it, followed youtube tutorials, read through user manuals, found product catalogues and I can not get it in working order. Makes a clicking sound approx 2 seconds after I close the ADF, and then the orange 'check' light comes on with 'Check ADF front F4:C2' stated on the screen. Can not make this scanner functional despite exhausting all possible resources.
