Love love love! I have hyper mobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and suffer from chronic pain. Makes icing a breeze. I’m able to stay mobile (enough to go use the restroom) without having to pause my icing. I have not yet used it for heat. Coolness stays for about 20-30 mins. DOWN SIDE - Velcro is REALLY sticky and due to my bad joints it is hard to remove without hurting myself.

I treated Carpal Tunnel Syndrome over the years as a Chiro and this Brace is GREAT! One should never ice more than 15 min on the wrist as it’s a small area vs a large muscle group which I recommend 20 min every 2 waking hours. Highly recommended This brace can also go in Microwave and used for heat which I highly recommend before any activity. Always ice after activity.

I am a massage therapist who has been working overtime during the pandemic (3-5 massages every day since the end of March). I started to think I might have to do something else or take a long break due to my hand pain, but within a day of using this product the majority of my pain is alleviated.It’s really comfortable and helps me keep everything compressed during the day in between appointments, then I freeze it and ice my hand/wrist after my last appointment of the day.

I have quite small hands but this is not large enough to cover the lower part of the thumb, which is where my pain is located. I have to wrap it kind of in a weird position to cover the thumb. I wouldn't buy it again, but I still use it because the gel pack is actually quite nice. I wish it was longer.

I have a problem with repetitive wrist strain and/or carpal tunnel syndrome, and wanted a iced wrist wrap. This one is the best I've ever had. Other versions didn't do the job, but this fits well and can be used with an ice pack. I've ordered a second one as well. I would recommend this to anyone. It is very easy to put on, as apposed to other wrist wraps. Can't beat it!

Huge relief for my carpal tunnel syndrome! I love that you can use cold or hot because warmth helps me more that cold. A lot of others prefer cold. This gives you both!!!

I’ve had this for a few days, and so far I like it pretty well. I have a job that’s hard on my body, especially my wrists. I wanted to get something that allowed me to stop using plastic baggies to ice my wrists. I do reuse the bags as much as possible, but I still try to use as little single-use as I can! I like that I can do stuff around the house while wearing this brace. But I couldn’t give it 5 stars, because I feel like icing with a ice/plastic bag is more effective. But overall, I’m pretty happy with this!

This is very comfortable & functional! I bought initially to ice my wrist to try to diminish symptoms from carpal tunnel, which it worked great for. I subsequently had surgery & now have been icing the surgical site...it's FANTASTIC!! Sometimes I've wanted an icepack just directly on the incision as it's healing & I've used both the insert from this, & just a lone ice pack, & wrapped this around to hold it on...super easy & holds perfectly!! Much easier than trying to wrap ace bandage all over. Fingers remain flexible & functional. VERY HELPFUL!!

Out of a cast after more than six weeks, I found this very helpful in pain management - particularly after doing exercises prescribed by my physio. I let it melt a little before application after it's been in the freezer, otherwise it's too cold and I haven't yet tried it as a warming application - not at that stage yet! Excellent value for the relief it has brought.

Hmmmm, a great idea, neat looking, but hardly practical. I could not get this comfortable to wear, and it kept sliding off. I did far better with a packet of frozen peas!

Great versatile wrist strap, heats up in 20 seconds in the microwave or cools 15 minutes in the freezer.Well made, good quality for the price paid.

I had received a small wrist fracture and found this product was able to relieve a lot of the swelling. Very good product

Comfortable to wear and does the job. The gel pack doesn't stay cold too long but easy enough to refreeze.
