2" hole actual size ? I just bought another brand and the 2” is actually 2 3/16 making for additional rattling, it should be 2 1/16”

I don't know the actual size, but I locked mine down with one of those MaxxHaul 50023 Hitch Tightener Anti Rattle Stabilizer for 1.25" to 2" Hitches Reduce Movement On Hitch Mount. I use mine for a wheelchair carrier and it does not rattle with the stabilizer.

Fits 2 inch hitch receivers and has a tongue weight capacity of 500 lbs. I use to lower for a ramp cage for a elec wheel chair on truck and to raise on rav 4

Why does it say "do not use for horizontal load". I need it to raise a cargo hitch carrier which people use this for.

I use it on my camper to raise my hitch hauler. It works great 👍. I would not use it to pull a trailer. I also use it for my plow on my rhino.

Very well made with excellent welding. My only comment would be that the overall length could be shortened by an inch or two by increasing the overlap between the upper and lower tubes.
